One 12-ounce can of evaporated Milk

1 cup of long-grain white rice

One 4-inch cinnamon stick

One 14-ounce can of condensed Milk

Instructions

Put the water, rice, and cinnamon stick in a heavy, medium-sized saucepan and turn the heat to medium-high.

Bring to a boil, then cover and cook for about 18 minutes or until the rice is soft. Remove the liquid, throw away the cinnamon, and set aside the rice. Put the rice back in the pot.

Mix in the whole Milk, evaporated Milk, and condensed Milk. Cook the mixture at medium-high heat until it boils.

Turn the heat down to low and cook, uncovered and stirring often, for about 20 minutes, until the mixture is thick. Stir well after adding the raisins.

Put the pudding in a bowl to serve. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the pudding.
