¾ lb cooked turkey meat

Two stalks celery

Two green onions

½ red bell pepper

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

2 tbsp. prepared Dijon-style mustard

1 tbsp. cider vinegar

1 tsp. white sugar

¼ tsp. salt



Combine the cooked turkey meat, celery, green onions, and red bell pepper in a blender or food processor. To finely chop, pulse many times.

To a medium bowl, add the turkey mixture. Combine thoroughly before adding the mayonnaise, prepared Dijon-style mustard, cider vinegar, white sugar, and salt. Before serving, cover and chill the food for eight to twelve hours.
