Air Fryer Lava Cakes

Ingredients :
Cooking spray
85g semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp vanilla extract
¼ tbsp salt
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
60g powdered sugar
For the Nutella Filling:
2 tbsp Nutella
1 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp powdered
Directions :
1. Preheat the air fryer to 185°Cand spray the ramekins with cooking spray.
2. Add chocolate chips and butter to a bowl, then melt them in the microwave.
3. Stir the eggs, vanilla, salt, flour, and powdered sugar into the butter mixture.
4. Mix the Nutella filling ingredients in a separate bowl until they are well combined.
5. Fill the ramekins with the half-full batter and a Nutella filling at the centre. Cover the Nutella filling with
the remaining batter.
6. Place the lava cakes in an air fryer and cook them for 10 minutes.
7. Remove the cakes from the air fryer and flip them over a plate.
8. Allow the cake to cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
