Ingredients :

1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 egg whites
3 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
¼ tbsp horseradish
¼ tbsp salt
106g bread crumbs
135g lump crabmeat
Cooking spray
For the Sauce:
1 celery rib, chopped
71g reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
½ tbsp horseradish
¼ tbsp salt

Directions :

1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
2. Mix the pepper, celery, onions, egg whites, mayonnaise, horseradish, and salt in a bowl.
3. Stir in the crab meat until well combined.
4. Place the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
5. Scoop 2 spoonfuls of the crab mixture and make patties.
6. Coat the patties with the breadcrumbs and place them in the air fryer basket.
7. Spritz the crab patties with cooking spray.
8. Cook the patties for 12 minutes, flipping them halfway during the cooking.
9. Meanwhile, make a sauce by processing all the sauce ingredients in a food processor.
10. Serve the patties with sauce.
