Ingredients :

For the Tofu:
414g extra-firm tofu
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
For the Stirfry:
2 sliced carrots
1 broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp orange zest
118ml orange juice
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tbsp salt
2 minced garlic cloves

Directions :

1. Preheat the air fryer to 198°C.
2. Add the tofu, sesame oil, and soy sauce to a bowl and toss to mix.
3. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the carrots, broccoli, and oil.
5. Stir in the carrots and broccoli to the air fryer and cook for about 2 minutes.
6. Mix all the sauce ingredients until all cornstarch dissolves.
7. Pour the sauce into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Add the tofu and veggies to the skillet and mix.
9. Plate the tofu, stir fry, and serve.
