1 (12 fluid ounces) can evaporate Milk
1 cup of white sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed Milk
First, Turn the oven on to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt the sugar in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat until it is liquid and a golden color. Pour the hot syrup carefully into a 9-inch round glass baking dish, turning the dish to coat the bottom and sides evenly, and set it aside.
In a big bowl, beat the eggs. Mix in the condensed Milk, evaporated Milk, and vanilla until smooth. Put the egg mixture into the baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for around 1 hour in a preheated oven. Let it cool down all the way.
To serve, carefully flip the flan onto plate with a rim & let the caramel sauce run over it.
