Ingredients:

Eight oz. salmon fillets

1 tbsp. gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)

2 tbsp. pineapple juice

1 pinch black sesame seeds

1 pinch white sesame seeds

1 tbsp. Sliced green onions, or to taste

 

Directions:

350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) in the oven.

In a small bowl, combine gochujang and pineapple juice. Create a glaze. On a baking sheet, arrange salmon and brush with mixture.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Sesame seeds and green onion should be added to the fish.
