Ingredients:

1 (12 lb) whole turkey

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Five stalks of celery cut into 1-inch pieces

Two large onions, quartered

One large turkey bag

 

Directions:

Assemble all the components.

The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Get rid of the giblets.

Dry the turkey off after rinsing.

Use salt and pepper to season the turkey.

Flour should be added to the turkey bag’s bottom.

Add the turkey, celery, and onions to the bag.

After securing the bag and placing it in a roasting pan, pierce many holes with a fork.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until the turkey is done and the juices flow clear. The internal temperature of the thigh flesh should be 180 degrees F (85 degrees C) using an instant-read thermometer.
