Air Fryer Apple Fritters

Ingredients :
125g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp ground cinnamon
¼ tbsp ground nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
78ml milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ tbsp lemon juice
2 apples, diced
For the Cinnamon Glaze:
60gconfectioners sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ tbsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Directions :
1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
2. Whisk the egg, milk, butter, and lemon juice in a different bowl.
3. Stir in the flour mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
4. Fold the apple into the batter.
5. Scoop two spoonfuls of the batter and roll into the fritters.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 187°C.
7. Place the apple fritters in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, mix all the cinnamon glaze ingredients in a bowl.
9. Transfer the apple fritters to a wire rack and drizzle the cinnamon glaze on top.
10. Serve and enjoy.
