Three small turkey drumsticks

¼ cup salt

1 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp. butter melted

¼ tsp. Ground black pepper, or to taste

Place the drumsticks in a big dish and cover with water. To dissolve the salt, stir it into water. Drumsticks should be brined for two hours and then drained. Drumsticks should be thoroughly cleaned before being dried.

The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a roasting pan, pour the broth. Drumsticks should be coated with melted butter and sprinkled with black pepper. Put the drumsticks in the broth. Put a lid on the roasting pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for one and a half to two hours, or until the meat is no longer pink at the bone and the juices flow clear. The thickest section of the drumstick, which is close to the bone, should register 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) on an instant-read thermometer.
