Air Fryer Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients :
Cooking spray
76g unsweetened cocoa powder
118 ml hot water
100g sugar
59ml vegetable oil
118ml milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp vanilla extract
125g flour
¾ tbsp baking powder
¾ tbsp baking soda
½ tbsp salt
For the Chocolate Buttercream:
8 tbsp softened butter
242g powdered sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
¼ tbsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp milk
Directions :
1. Preheat the air fryer to 310°C and spray the silicone cupcake holders with cooking spray.
2. Whisk cocoa and water in a bowl until the powder is completely dissolved.
3. Add sugar, oil, milk, egg, and vanilla extract into the cocoa water.
4. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt over the cocoa mixture, then mix until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the cupcake holders and transfer them to an air fryer basket.
6. Cook the cupcakes for 12 minutes.
7. Transfer the cupcakes to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely.
8. Meanwhile, add the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix using a hand
mixer.
9. Gradually add milk to the butter mixture until your preferred consistency is achieved.
10. Spread the buttercream on the cupcake and serve.
